After it baked for 15 minutes and cooled for 5, I sliced into it, but the inside was still liquidy - it began oozing out. I checked the directions carefully to make sure I didn't misread it, but it was 1 cup heavy cream, 5 eggs, 425 degrees F, etc. I put it back in the oven - it was about 10 minutes more before it seemed set.

Even after the first 15 minutes mine looked much more browned and higher than this photo I just found in your blog. I've never actually had a Dutch Baby pancake before (not sure exactly how it's supposed to look and taste), but it tastes good now. Any ideas what went wrong??

VickiAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
